Audi Hong Kong – Pioneering Digital Retail
Staying true to its commitment to always be at the forefront of innovation, Audi has adopted a new retail strategy to drive digital transformation that disrupts the traditional approach to car sales. In place of fixed retail addresses, Audi Hong Kong is gradually transitioning from having traditional product showrooms to creating interactive concept stores – breaking the boundaries of location and space, enhanced with digital technology to bring the brand and its products straight to the hands and minds of consumers.

The strategy will build on the success of its first-ever pop-up store at Pacific Place, Admiralty last year, followed by the Audi Innovation Space at Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong earlier this year. Audi Hong Kong will continue to extend its new-generation store format concepts to other locations, with the next one set to be located at Elements Mall, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. At the same time, the Audi Admiralty Showroom will be upgraded with dedicated Audi Sport section and digital showroom elements, showcasing Audi’s evolving, cutting-edge technology with an integrate virtual product experience.
